Dead last and captain-less: Vancouver’s rebuild just got real

Quinn Hughes has officially been traded. The Vancouver Canucks captain is off to the Minnesota Wild.

In exchange, the Canucks are receiving Minnesota’s first-round pick in the upcoming 2026 draft, forwards Marco Rossi and Liam Ohgren, and defenseman Zeev Buium.
